I was looking for a suitable place to let the Merlin Fleet know the very sad news that Dave Gunson has died, his funeral in at Eastbourne Crematorium on Thurs 18th Oct 2018 at 10:00am.
Please repost this in a better place if you know where that is. 
He died as a result of his injuries after being subjected to a hit and run incident near Hailsham, Sussex.
There will be a wake at Pevensey Bay SC afterwards.
