I am just about to get MR 3797 measured.  I downloaded the current rules (Sept. 2017) and the measurement form (dated 2003) from the RYA website.  I noticed that in the measurement form the referenced rule numbers don't match up to the current rules document - not surprising as I understand there was a major rewrite since 2003.  Is there a more recent measurement form (and if so where can I get it from) or is it possible to just complete the required information in the  2003 form and be confident that this will be in compliance with the 2017 rules document?

Measured or Re-measured? 

 The RYA have just been in touch and told me that the link in their website was out of date - they have updated it to point to the 2016 measurement form - so all good now.

The measurement form remains out of kilt with the revised rules and is being redrafted.  In the meantime it should still be used and the measurer will know how to accommodate the anomalies, that is assuming you will be using an RYA Merlin Class Measurer and not someone unfamiliar withe class?
