When you arrive on Saturday morning you will be met
by a member of the Whitstable Merlin fleet who will tell you your tally number
and direct you to your boat parking spot on the beach.  Please take your boat there (boats
are to be left on trailers during the week) and then move your car from the
harbour. (Double stackers will be given special instructions)


 

When you return, strip your boat down for weighing
and take it on its trolley to the weighing area (in front of the lifeboat
station).  The scrutineering team
will give you a signed form confirming it is ok.  Take your boat back to its spot then go and register in the
office upstairs (you will need your scrutineers form and your certificate).

 

The race office is on the first floor of the Yacht
Club and will be open for registration from 0930.

 


The beach is being cleared
and set out on Thursday so any early arrivals should seek out a member of the WYC fleet
who can tell you where to leave your boat on a temporary basis until we are sorted.
