Info for all Salcombe Week entrants from SYC: 
 
This year in addition to registration at the Yacht Club before the (mandatory) briefing, it will be possible to regsiter and collect your registration pack, including trailer, harbour and Mill Bay stickers at Batson during the following times:
 
Registration 
Registration will be available at Batson from:

Friday. 17:00 - 21:00
Sat. 09:00 - 16:00. 


Graham and Fiona Cranford-Smith are manning Batson.
 
Registration is also available between 5.30pm and 6.30pm on Saturday in the Yacht Club.
 
The briefing remains mandatory and will take place at 6.30pm on Saturday in the Yacht Club.
 
Trolley Service to Mill Bay. There will be a trolley service to Millbay between the following times:
 
Friday evening 4pm til 8pm
Saturday 11am - 4pm (the tide will be too low before this).
 
Sail numbers - you must ensure that you have provided your sail number to the YC if it was not on your original entry form. Email to [email protected] by Monday 29th June.
 
Regretfully the SYC cannot accept sail number changes and ask that everyone sails under their correct boat number.
 
Safety boat and race team volunteers.
We have a number of vacancies for volunteers. Now flight numbers are published we will be looking for volunteers at registration. All help gratefully received.
 
MROA membership. 
We have eleven Salcombe Week entries who are not paid up members of the MROA. Please either: send your subscription to Colin Brockbank OR, bring the wherewithal to registration where we will happily accept your money on behalf of the MROA.

I shall be attending a black tie dinner on the Saturday night so won't be able to make the briefing. Is it possible for someone on the committee to film it on their phone and post it on the Merlin Facebook page, please?

 Hi, due to unexpected work commitments we will not be leaving Manchester until around lunchtime Saturday, so probably will not arrive in time for either registration or the briefing. Will I be able to officially register either in the evening or early Sunday morning, as we are sailing in the afternoon?
