Anyone have a redundant rudder blade or fixed rudder they are thinking of selling? A recent Winder blade is what I'm ideally after, happy to do some refurb work on one but it should be in one piece and not have been mashed up too much! Please let me know if you have something...

Hi Keiron, I have a lovely light weight Fixed / one piece carbon job.. probably a Winder? We never use it as we beach/slip launch. It is lovely, could swap for a good mainsail or cash ? Where are you?

Hi Keiron I've got a Winder lifting rudder and carbon stock which is now surplus to requirements. Blade is finished in black with a white leading edge, great condition and recently polished. Stock could do with some varnish but is otherwise good condition and includes all fittings except the tiller extension connector. Looking for £325 ono

Hi Alan, its sounds great but I was really after a blade to fit into an existing rudder stock to complete a lifting rudder, or a fixed rudder to adapt to fit - as always on a bit of a budget otherwise would have been going for a s/h Winder lifting rudder. We're in the midlands and do a few events on the circuit - I can't see if my email is linked to this post (somehow I posted three times by the look of it!) if not its merlin dot rocket at dsl.pipex.com - if you could possibly mail your cash price I could possibly adapt our fixed one and replace it with yours.... best regards K

Hi Dave, thanks - that would be the ideal solution and I'll keep it in mind, but I've got a rudder stock which needs a blade, if I cant get a Merlin blade I may have to get something more readily available with similar dimensions, best regards K
