Following many years of hard work, by numerous people, including Graham Williamson and Dan Alsop, and others, and Bas and Debbi at the RYA, the new MROA class rules are online on the RYA website.  This follows widespread consultation to ensure that the meaning of the rules is unchanged.  It is just the format.  Here's the link:
