I have had my arm twisted to take part in Tough Guy - a challenging little assault course near Taxi Towers in Walsall on the 27th Jan (the Sunday after the Steve Nicholson on the 26th)  
If you like a little cross country run with a splash of mud here and there (amongst a few other obstacles), then why not come and join me, Taxi and Andy Burton (and his pal Nick) for a gentle jog in countryside... or come and cheer us on/throw stuff at us.
