We were discussing whether the little dink in the port side had been fixed when the boat was at Kevin's.  The easiest thing seemed to be to have a look so we did.  It hasn't!

The waves will be bigger at the Nationals.

So talking of practice there are a group of us sailing at Shoreham every Sunday from now through to the Champs. Two races back to back starting at 11.00am.

All are welcome and you can leave your boat in the club grounds prior to the Shoreham Open on 11th and 12th August.

Best place on the South coast for reliable sea breezes and less than hour from the M23/M25 junction.

Also just for information there is the Black Rock Race next Saturday 4th August. A long distance race along the coast from Shoreham Harbour to Brighton Marina and back start time 11.30, £8.00 entry!  contact me if your interested?

Whilst on the note of sailing pre champs, Royal Lymington are hosting their summer dinghy regatta this weekend. 3 races a day, with a leisurely start on saturday of 1300 and camping available. If we can get 6 boats they will have a Merlin start! We hope to see a few more boats out there with us, any questions please contact me
