We recently bought 3689 (Ticket To Ride) and promptly snapped the SuperSpars carbon mast (just below the gooseneck upwind in a bit of a blow!)  I would just like to give a big thumbs up to both Alan Jackson and Craftinsure.  Alan carried out an immaculate repair in less than a week and Craftinsure authorised the repair and coughed up just as quick. First class service all round and deserving of recognition.
