Hi All,
The club has just announced that despite recent drought concerns across the country, there will be no problem with having enough water to sail on for the Open Meetings at Hayling Island on the weekend of the 28th and 29th April. The tide will come in as usual.
There will also be beer in the bar and food in the resturant and canteen, so ...business as usual!
Looking forward to welcoming all chums to our playground..
Any queries feel free to ring me.

Enough water at Hayling Island? Didn't find too much at the gybe mark in the Thursday race at the champs last year!

Weather is looking a tad unforgiving for the weekend at the moment. I wonder if there is a way of swapping the open and sea days around?

...keep looking until you find a website that tells you what you want!
XC Weather is usually reliable for us and it all looks fine so far. We will be sailing out on Sunday morning on the tail end of the ebb, and returning with the good flood, so the bar won't be a problem either way.
Looking bright and a good wind - what more to ask!
We will be checking certificates, so please remember to bring it along, and we will also be checking against the membership list, so this may be your chance to renew your membership in the event that you have yet to get round to it!
Looking forward to seeing you all for a terrific weekend's racing..

Sunday could be a bit frisky according to XC Weather now, but forecasters are occasionally wrong. http://www.xcweather.co.uk/forecast/hayling_island
