Hi All,

The entries are flooding in for the Rutland training weekend Friday ‘May the 4th’ – Monday May 7th.

To assist with arranging the one to ones and catering if you intend to come and haven’t returned the form yet please could you drop me an email so that I have a better idea of numbers.

The Association have kindly bought a GoPro camera to assist with onboard analysis and the usual team are gearing up to running the training so it’ll be another great event – don’t miss it.

I’m basing the coaching on previous years format but with a more personal focus to ‘nail’ the issues that you’d like to conquer. 

I’ve also got a few ‘windy weather’ lectures in the back pocket of my wetsuit just in case we get the usual extreme conditions!
