It has come to our attention that some major home improvement works took place on the night of Saturday 31st March. Residents of Devon Road have complained about hammering and banging going on through Saturday night into Sunday morning. Clearly this must have been a major task, however no application for planning permission has been recieved by the council.

If anyone can shed any light on the building works going on can they please contact us on the email provided. If anyone on here was involved in intensive construction works over that night, their application for planning permission may be granted retrospectively if they apply in time.
