3245 might try a foray into the Vintage Circuit this year. With ally spars, old sails, but a full size kite, who am I going to be in direct contention with?

No 6, wooden mast, old size sails 100 square feet total, cotton made pre 1949, old, old size cotton spinnaker, (complete with three air holes like the old parachutes) old old size pole (4' I think) and flown inside the forestay.
Large lump of lead on end of centreboard.
Very few bits of string.
Beam 4'7"
no glue,  no competition!
Anyway still 14' long.

3146 should be there crew permitting. Though it's helm may be too much of a handicap to compete :-P

Mags, we will be on a few outings in 3165 which will have a carbon rig but old sails and a small spinny. that should put us around the same PY.
