Hi, I am looking for a person to crew the front end of a Merlin Rocket on the Blackwater Maldon Essex 
This would be a full on job including timing, navigation, rig setting, ballasting and sail trimming, and pulling the boat up the slipway.
A competitive spirit and a sense of humour are essential.
I will take care of rigging and de-rigging and work the mainsheet and tiller.
Would suit male or female but you do need to be nippy on the feet.

Carbon clogs could be good - inroads to carbon windmill blades...............

Oz seems to be having trouble finding crews as well... maybe the 2 of you could sail together :-) That would certainly require the sense of humour!
