Come and race on the Thames at Tamesis club in Teddington with one of the largest UK Merlin fleets.
You have 2 options, join for the winter and sail from 28/10 to the end of March 2012, approx 19 weeks or come for the Traveller Series (reduced entry fee) which runs from after Christmas to the end of March.
The last series had 23 boats racing and had over 15 boats in most races.
Lots of very tight racing with many different race winners.

For a very reasonable £55 per boat you can sail at Wembley from now until the end of March 2012. We have the Autumn Series which is currently running and has 12 races left to run including the popular Super Sunday 4 race sprint finale on 18th December. Then its the Boxing Day regatta and the Wembley Wassail Pursuit race is immediately after New Year, plus you get to compete in the Winter Series of 24 races from January until March.

First Start on Sundays is at 10am, Second Start at 12 Noon. Come and join us!!!

I hope we will be seeing the same race by race reporting for this years Tamesis Winter Series, as last year. So interesting with Merlin Rocket designs racing from Passing Clouds, through Adur 7's, 9B's, Smokers, NSM2's to Winder Tales, each offering an edge in certain conditions, each humbled in equal measure by the vageries of river sailing, plenty of talent on offer too. Probably the best Winter Series sailing in the Merlin Rocket World.

Hi All, for anyone who's boat is laid up in the boatyard having some TLC, why not join us at Wembley. You can join as a temporary member and use the WSC club Merlin an NSM2, 3535 on a first come first served basis. Fully carboned up it will more than hold its own at Wembley in the right hands for club racing. Unlike a lot of club boats its very well maintained so you won't spend you Sunday mornings lashing it back together! Maybe you're a crew who's helm is taking time out for a couple of weeks and you want to helm. We can find you a crew I'm sure.

If you are interested, let me know. rgds Paul
