Congratulations to John Pink who won the gold medal in the 49 class at Kiel Week yesterday.
John has been seen in a Merlin often, most recently at Hayling ST on May 16th. So perhaps we can all bask in some reflected glory!

Matt Mee and Ian Dobson won a race in the 470's too and were doing very well overal until what sounds like a bit of sh--- race dropped them to 11th. Only 10 go through to the medal races on the last day so they must be dissapointed - but it sounds like they were on steaming form on the only day the breeze was up. So well done to them too.
