Hi, does anybody know what the rig tension should be on my shrouds of my 3079 winderbox cheers.

Tight enough to get a bit of a twang out of the rigging when you ping the shroud.  Any more and it is the boat that will bend, not the mast, in a high bow tank hull.  When sailing it is mainsheet tension that keeps the jib luff tight.  See link.
