Can anyone advise me as to what distance the shrouds move through, from mast being upright to fully raked. Think I've got my purchases all wrong.

Slightly simpler answer, from looking at what I have.

About 2.5 inches, standard Turner layout.

I thought I'd got something wrong, had 9:1 on shrouds, now 6:1 and have required amount of movement. Just need to increase purchase at kingpost.
