I am currently trying to find a crew for several Silver tiller open meetings, as my normal crew is unable to spend time away from home.  I have had an offer for several events from a helm( so I will crew), and for some other events a crew where i will helm - Does the silver tiller allow this flexibility?
If not are there any crews out there that are available for a few events - Rutland, Weymouth, Whitstable possibly

Sorry Piers the ST scoring is based on Helms, i.e. each Helm counts their own scores only. They may use more than 1 boat/crew though. 

Still it is the taking part that counts in the end, so better to sail under different helms, than not at all!
