no race held yesterday but 4 boats blag flagged for the race when it does get held as they tried to get a start off in no wind and strong tide with blag flag up and it was recalled. matt biggs one of them. launched today for 2 races in very fresh breeze - jacko reckoned he'd sell mast or two. fancy dress night was quite lively - wombles, wig wams, wasps, washing lines, willie wonka, willie the whale..

The web cam tells a sorry story today with many retirements. Looks as if the Pirates, Monkey Business and Scroggie mobiles had wheels fall off today. Could not see where Glenn/Olly finished but looks as if Tricky Dicky/Sall came second in the last race today. Report will be in first thing in the morning. to confirm all

Looks as if Taxi/Ellie won today followed by Tricky Dicky/Sally and then Glenn/Olly. That would mean that Glenn/Olly would win on most wins.

3703 LED FIRST ROUND AND DUMPED IT IN AT THE LEEWARD MARK, BACK UP IN 23RD NEXT WINDWARD MARK. TAXI/ELLIE TOOK LEAD WITH WILLIE/CHRIS FOLLOWED BY GLENN/OLLY. RICH/SALLY RECOVERED TO 6TH BY FINISH. TAXI/ELLIE WON FOLLOWED BY WILLIE/CHRIS AND GLEEN/OLLY. GLENN/OLLY NATIONAL CHAMPIONS 2009.

What happened to race four then? I noticed that half the fleet recorded a DNF. Was this just because it was run back to back?

If you can understand it, here is the Y&Y report.
It seems as though only 40 boats went out for the 2nd race that day.
