I acquired MR 2349 from e-bay last year, to prevent her from being scrapped.
Since then I have added some workable controls and a good set of second hand sails. Unfortunately, a change in circumstances means I can't use her as I wished to. Rather than see her deteriorate again I would be happy to sell her on to someone who wants a boat that is very sailable immediately (although some cosmetic work would make her immaculate, she is sound and the paintwork/varnish in good condition.)
A good owner is more important that the highest bidder, hence not resorting to e-bay myself.
She is a 1970 Superstition design - name "Sidhe Gaoth" which I understand is gaelic for "Fairy Wind".
If anyone is interested, please let me know. She can be viewed at Chipstead SC (just off M25/J5)
