Is it hog or deck stepped?
If it's deck stepped accepted practice is to just "snug up" the leeward shroud while sailing to windward. This is not specific to any particular sailmaker.
Hog stepped is a little differant. When I sailed a case stepped NSM II I found the boat needed as much rig tension as I dared put on. So did the boats owner! This was with alverbank sails which were rather full and had lots of luff round so prebend would have been a good thing.
