A new range of Merlin Rocket branded clothing is now available, and the links are available at the top of the forum and on the home page. The clothing is being supplied and embroidered by Harbour Chandlers who are based in Emsworth, but also run the chandlery at Hayling Island Sailing Club.

This is a different way to how merchandise has been handled previously, as there is no outlay by the association for preordered stock which may or may not sell, and also removes the onus on somebody to store and dispatch any goods. The MROA will not handle any money.

We have selected a few intial items, but others are available. Alternatively, if you would like to purchase other branded items, they are also happy to carry out the embroidery on these.

Over the last few weeks/months we have been trying out the items, and found them to be good quality.

Also Harbour Chandlers are offering 10% off clothing at the Hayling Island SC chandlery during the Silver Tiller weekend 13th & 14th June.

I like the chance to add your own custom text, instead of being forced to all have the same thing.

Perhaps fellow club-members could make a joint order, and save on postage?

I have been asked by our suppliers, that if you would like to order any merchandise and you wish to save the postage by collecting them at the Hayling Silver Tiller weekend please could you get your orders in a.s.a.p. to avoid disappointment.
