I have just received my new member pack for the MROA, with two stickers, one for the boat and one for the Certificate.
Damn. How do I get one? Does anyone know if 2349 ever had one? How do I find out?
Suggestions and advice will be appreciated.

Check out the "Paperwork" link on the Home Page. Contact the helpful staff at the RYA who will relieve you of some money and send you the relevant piece of paper!

Thanks, I was told you have to be certified to race a Merlin, and I'm beginning to understand.
(I'm just checking the drysuit to ensure the sleeves don't tie at the back.)

Tecnically you are correct, without a valid certificate it isn't in-class, just a boat that looks like a Merlin. If you are only racing at Chipstead it probably isn't an issue, but is you come to Salcombe or the Nationals it would be.
