Hi MR Community,
The Committee are planning to organise a team racing event at Rutland on the Saturday before the Silver Tiller on Sunday (2/3 May). We ran this event at Wembley in 2006 and 2007. Great fun! Highly energetic.
Can I have an expression of interest from the Merlin Clubs so that we can plan requirements.
Overview
Racing in Merlins.
Two boat teams, each team affiliated to a Club. Helms, members of MROA. Teams supply their own boats. Short races. 8 teams will mean upto 14 races.

The training still goes on , at the same time as the team racing (but not in the same bit of water).
The training does stop on sunday though, for the ST open meeting.

Hi Merliners,
Looks like we cannot get enough players for this event on this date so we are cancelling it.
Maybe we can re-arrange later this year and/or plan for 2010.
Any comments for Committee?
