What would be the rough cost for all the parts required to fit a hoop and traveller system?
Also where could I get a hoop from?

Worth giving Winders a call as I'm sure they can quote you for a fully fitted hoop. Alternatively contact a good metalwork/pre-fab company and get them to make the hoop (specialist TIG welding) and you can fit it out yourself. I doubt though if you will get much change out of £250-300 for a complete hoop if not more!

There used to be a wonderful chap that owned a chandlers called 'Starboard' in Nottingham, think they are still going, not sure if he has retired, anyway he made two hoops for me fully fitted for £120, but that was 8-9 years ago. Maybe worth a call to Starboard as well.
