Jonty,

will do. Sadly, the boat is not mine! We've 3 classic merlins at Netley, Wotnot... a very early Smokers (one of the very first made by BrB) and 3025 'Riot' - which is mine.

Pictures hopefully can be taken in a fortnights time at the CVRDA event

Jonty,

The owner of Wotnot wisely decided to keep it on shore at Netley - which was brisk (bit of an understatement there)

WotNot did go out - I've a picture to prove it but the boat needs work so they weren't out long. We chatted later and it's given him some inspiration to renovate!

Pat,

that makes two of us. The owner fully joined in with Saturday nights partying and wants 'more of the same'.
Another convert!

Jonty,

I've sent the pictures to Mags so they will be here soon.

In the meantime you can see them at.........

http://bearfacemedia.co.uk/Classic_merlins.aspx

Where are you located - you could even come and have a sail!

Terribly sorry for delay there (had to do a solid fortnight of work, hmph!).

Pics are in the vintage section of the gallery (down the bottom, since they start with W).
