Just wanted to say thanks very much to - Dan Alsop, Jennie King, Mike Calvert, Jane Calvert, Liam Dempsey, Steve Watson and anyone I have missed off - for giving up their bank hol weekend to run the training. It was a very useful and also fun weekend. Thanks folks.

My crew Joe and I really enjoyed the training event at Rutland. It was well organised with expert tuition, helpful and friendly advice, hospitable and pretty surroundings, and was an excellent training venue with great sailing conditions. Thanks to all the trainers/helpers/organisers who ran it.

I'd just like to add our thanks - a lot of work goes in to organising these events and it is much appreciated that the trainers give up their spare time to pass on their knowledge. It does work! We had a great time and worked hard; it even made me do some of the outstanding jobs (what else are the evenings for?).

Hear hear to all. My most heartfelt thanks to Mike & Jane, especially for their relationship councelling (!). I am even more grateful that my wife (the crew) has become motivated by the experience and has told me that she wants to get a top 10 result at our local regatta. Never known her to be so keen to practice or competitive to get a result, even allowed me to spend more money on sails. Joy and happiness abound. Cheers.
