Hello Everybody!

I am running the Great North Run in October in aid of the Prostate Cancer Charity.
I have pledged to raise £400, but I'm going to try and raise more than that if possible...

...so, I know it is a little while off (although i'm pretty sure it'll come hurtling round the corner and kick me up the a***) but if you could possibly spare some of your hard earned cash to go to this wonderful charity; I, they and hundreds of others would hugely appreciate it.
