Topic : Ranelagh Silver Tiller 6th April

Since I do not trust the Events diary as sent out with the last Magazine for two reasons:

1. Hayling Island is in May according to the booklet & not April as per all other fixtures lists
2. The Nationals are being ably assisted by Pwelly Race Office and entries should have been in by July 2007 (sorry mine went in in January 2008!)

Could someone please confirm start time and details for the Ranelagh Silver Tiller (1 race at 1:45pm?). Is there any requirement to pay off Red Ken's Pollution Tax to get to this event?

1. Seems about the right time according to the Tide Tables
2. Depends which way you drive there, ie. where you are coming from approach from the West and you are ok.

13.45 is correct. Club will be open at least 2 hours before that with free tea and coffee.
Look forward to seeing you all.

Should have said the tide will be pretty high. Probably across the road when we finish so cars should be left off the embankment. Ask Duncan Salmon!

I wiould trust the fixture list, HISC wed site shows following:

Sat 26 April Glyn Charles Open Pursuit
Sun 27 April Merlin Rocket Open Meeting

Of course there may be another event at Hayling, bank holiday Mondays are usually open events if that suites better
