Topic : Clywedog

I am off to Bala for the weekend sadly in a Pal's Enterbox, what is the format at Clywedog?
I would love to bring a few of the unbelieving to see some Merlins struting their stuff should we get the chance.

The meeting is a combined Merlin Vintage event tagged onto the CVRDA National Championships so if you have an Enterprise of over 25 years old then you would be qualifying. Designed before 1965 but over 25 years old (looking at your Merlin number - it qualifies!!!!!!!!!) You will see a fantastic array of Vintage dinghies over the weekend in stunning scenery, superb facilities and at a great value price for camping, the works. Do come along if you can - you might even want to sail!!

It's also extremely laid back so if you can only turn up for one or two days you're still very welcome. Sunday counts for the Vintage Merlin De May trophy. Big water and some interesting winds gives great sailing. Rumours even abound of a tv camera crew filming the event!
On site camping or local B&B. Bar in clubhouse, beef roast on Satuday.....
