Yep, the whole deck!
Take a look at the pictures of Pat Blakes old boat 3640 'Smart Tart'under pictures on this website, built by Laurie Smart,she is a beautiful example of a carbon sheathed deck, all done by hand!

What constitutes the hull, as described in the rules and what parts that don't form the hull can be carbon or similar?
