This is on ebay. It looks to me that one of the pics used is No 1 Kate, though the others aren't Kate.

According to the yearbook, 1447 is a proctor MkXII built by Robert Hoare 1962ish and called Wozzo.

It is Kate certainly in the first thumbnail. It's also confusing that there are old and new pictures of the boat so it's not clear what state she is in - certainly a little peeling on the side decks is evident on one picture.

As the new owner of MR 1447 I was interested to read your comments. Could someone advise me as to the reference to Kate? And yes, the decks do need striping and revarnishing.
The boat is now located at Thames Sailing Club nr Kingston upon Thames should anyone be interested.

Nice to hear she got a good home then and Ian and susie have some compertition other than Martin Hunter!!
Kate is Merlin No 1 and was recently brought back to life by Mervyn who is our Vintage cheif. I am sure he will post on here shortly to get your details or you can contact him via the committee link on the home page.
