I see that there is Vintage racing at NBYC soon. I was in Norfolk with a friend a couple of months ago to look at yet another dilapidated old boat I didn't buy. We visited the club for a lunchtime drink and were made very welcome. NBYC has a superb clubhouse alongside a beautiful stretch of water and I thoroughly recommend it to anyone thinking of going to the event.
