John, we're likely to be arriving pretty late on friday night, we should be able to drop the boat off at the club shouldn't we?

can you promise to be in by 4pm with a TV screen so the football can be watched??

Leave your boat by the club ramp, spaces have been cleared.  We will make sure  the barrier to the beach is unlocked.

Any wind forecast?  I've only sat on the side of the boat a few times this year.

A few times - you're lucky! Not really from this forecast.  Every time I look it's less too.  Hopefully that means that by the time Saturday arrives it will have started going up again...

Spent this afternoon checking out the committee boat.  Hot sunshine and top end of a force 4 easterly (and Judith the sea was blue!)  Forecast is hot - up to 30 degrees-  8-10 mph Sat, with a bit more on Sunday, but as the gradient wind is forecast from the east the sea breeze should build on that.

I'll be there sunbathing this weekend along with my Beetle which I've just put up for sale so if you're interested come and ask! It's a 1973 VW 1303s (super) Fully restored, brand new engine, all chrome detail, metallic Blue.... etc.

I'll be bringing my wetsuit just in case anyone needs a crew :-)
