hello all
I have the opportunity to try PBO rigging for free on my merlin by a friend who is making PBO cables. Does anybody know the standard diameter of 1x19 wire shrouds on a hog stepped aluminium merlin rig ?
(the PBO shrouds will be fitted on a carbon mast by the way)

3mm. try Orminston wire or any of the mail chandlers to find the breaking strain that should help you arrive at what diam PBO to use. sorry I'm not near any of my referance files. good luck Barry.

Dyform is usually 2.5mm, 1x19 is usually 3mm
