I'm looking for a crew for Silver Tiller/Southern/Thames Series races, also Salcombe/Nationals with a view to longer term commitment to developing performance.

This will give some one the opportunity to sail in these top events at minimal cost in a new Winder etc.

Requirement ideally 10-12 stone, fit, experienced sailor, however will happily work on training some one with less experience if they have the motivation and commitment.
