You might find a circular plate with three screws in it on the centre board casing at the piot point, remove these and slide the pin out.

Recently had much head scratching over this with my Rowsell NSM2. Is there no sign of a bolt through the centreboard case? If not look up the slot from underneath. The bolt may be right down in the keel plate and the c/board retained by a small metal plate with screws.

It can be more hidden even than that. On my Tales, the board pivots on a pin near to the leading edge and which can only be seen from under the boat with boat on her side. The pin is located in the hull fairing under the slot gasket and simply slides into a hole on one side, goes through the board and locates in a hole on the other side. The entry side is then filled with filler / epoxy.
To find out how it is done on your boat, have a good look from underneath and locate the pivot bolt by looking up cb case then look how it is fixed in.
The great advantage is that you do not have problem with leakage around the cb bolt but it can be a pain when you hit the bottom, the pivot pin comes out and the cb floats up through the slot!

Slip a long thin ruler or piece of plastic (an old batten is the sort of thing) down the case alongside the centreboerd. Slide it along the length until you hit the pivot point. Now raise it up until it just slips over the pivot point to gauge the depth down the centreboard casing. Draw a mark on the ruler level with the top of the case. Also lightly mark the position on the case. Withdraw the ruler and line it up on the outside of the case and you will have the position of the pivot and you will know where to start looking for it
