Glen and I were having a debate the other night about the competetive "all up sailing weight" We were wondering if competetive weight is measured with clothes on or off?

I always 'weigh in' minus the clothes cos it makes me feel better. It probably should be clothes on though.

Jim, you should include your clothes now that you have lost your hair..............otherwise that would be doubly unfair !!!
Come to think of it, circa 1996, you could also include someone else's clothes..............does Clare read the forum ??!!??

Jim,
I have recently discovered that "horizontal ski-ing" is a terribly effective weight loss tool and would highly advise it to anyone.
Being Friday with the weekend ahead of us you could be several pounds lighter by Monday!!!!!!!!! (Poor Clair)

Ross, this thread is getting quite sordid. I am going to have to move it to the yoof forum unless you can provide some hard data about which particular style of horizontal jogging burns the most calories.
