I've just been perusing the Salcombe Week list, now apparently full and several things come to my attention in terms of who's not entered.  No King.  No Whitworth.  No Truswell.  Are the stars finally aligning to give some of us mortals a chance, or are people going to auction off their places when these legends find they aren't entered...

I can see it now on eBay:  Bids opening for one trying week of scenery spotting, frustration and expense at Salcombes world renowned bars.  Occasional sailing.  Not to be missed!
