Are there any chavs in the fleet?

There are CHAVs in evry fleet, they are the ones who are very good sailors, not quite good enough to win the nationals, but too good to pass on advice to the less able, and not fair enough to advise the best of things that would help them either!!  
They also wear "Burberry" / "Kappa" / "Stone Island" probably drive Mondeo's or Vectra's and have "Sky +" 
I love them gives me something to aspire to!
