But there was a Merlin earlier in the week - a Chippendale built restoration No 1874 (seemed in great condition) but needing final varnishing and fitting out (all bits present) and this gem went for £645

3023 is a Phil Morrison designed Mustard Seed.

For your benefit, cut and pasted

Built in 1967 by R.E.Hoare, she is a fat belly design, mark 9b. Her sail no. is 1981 and was originally named 'Good-bye Dolly', she was then re-named 'Godiva'. She of a plywood, clinker construction and has no decks. I think the hull is in fairly sound condition, but without stripping the hull back to bare wood, it is difficult to say how good. There is a small hole in the starboard top plank.

Sounds like a good project to do. Hopefull my last one will be gone soon! Don't think i will be buying anymore for the minute.

Pity not to see you at Minima Alan. Missed a good day with some good racing. The Y&Y report does not do it justice for the entertainment that Ben provided!!!
